If a guest does not arrive for the confirmed reservation without prior communication:

The hotel may release the room inventory after the scheduled arrival period.


8. Refund Processing

  • Refunds shall be processed using the original payment method where possible.

  • Actual credit timelines remain subject to the financial institution involved.

The hotel shall not be responsible for delays caused by payment gateways, banks, or external processing systems.


9. Third-Party Booking Platforms

Reservations made through online travel agencies or third-party platforms must follow the cancellation and refund policy of the respective booking provider.

Golden Aura Hotel may not have authority to process refunds directly for such reservations.

Guests are encouraged to contact the original booking platform for assistance.


10. Banquets, Events & Group Reservations

Banquet reservations, rooftop events, celebrations, and group bookings may be governed by separate commercial terms.

Advance deposits for such bookings may be partially refundable, non-refundable, or subject to specific event agreements.


11. Exceptional Circumstances

Golden Aura Hotel may evaluate cancellation or refund requests differently under exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion where operationally appropriate.

Approval under exceptional cases does not establish future entitlement.


12. Hotel-Initiated Cancellation

In rare situations where Golden Aura Hotel is unable to honor a confirmed reservation due to operational limitations or unforeseen circumstances:
